What Kettlebells Do!
All kettlebell exercises are whole body movements which engage multiple muscle groups at the same time. They are also usually done in large, fast and fluid movements which promote strength gains, flexibility and amazing cardio benefits all at the same time. Due to the demand they put on your body, workouts usually only last about 20-30 minutes, 2-3 times per week.
Working correctly with a kettlebell is the simultaneous equivalent of a jogging or sprinting heart rate (cardiovascular), fast ballistic multi-tasking movement (nervous system), fast ballistic movement (muscular), and extreme deceleration forces (skeletal) all at once! This is called Metabolic Conditioning, essentially combining both strength training and aerobic conditioning all at once!

-At Vancouver Kettlebell, all instructors are required to take the level 1Kettlebell instructors course through Agatsu Canada.
-We teach you how to use a kettlebell safely and effectively.
Our Own Facility
- We have our own training facility fully stocked with kettlebells as well as pull up bars, rings, and other functional fitness tools. We have your best interest in mind when helping you purchase your own kettlebells. We offer a very supportive atmosphere and help each individual achieve their desired goal at their own optimal pace.
Flexibility- In a rush? No problem!
-Our Workouts are quick and effective, ranging from 20 minutes to 60 minutes, depending on the client's needs.
- Whether you are an athlete or just want to get in shape, we tailor each workout to your own individual goals.
Can't reach us? We will come to you!
- We will bring the kettlebell to your doorstep, offering private lessons in your home or location of choice (ie. a park) for you, your friends, and family. This is especially beneficial for busy parents who do not want to plan an entire day just to come see us, encourages consistency and allows us to provide you with the support you need to reach your goals.
